Rashmi was born in Framingham, Massachusetts, and moved to Bangalore, India when she was 7 years old. She went on to study in Pune, Maharashtra and worked as a Consultant for 3 years in Mumbai (arguably her favorite city in the world). She then moved to Durham, North Carolina, to get her MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, where she served as the VP of Communications with the MBA Association – a role perfect for her! Post her graduation in May 2023, she is moving to Boston, Massachusetts, to work with EY-Parthenon as a Strategy Consultant. A full circle indeed.
